30 Years of Reflection in Moore County – Architect Alan Stagaard

Moore County Architect, Alan Stagaard looks back on 30 years and the impressions he has left here in Moore County as the well-known architectural firm, Stagaard & Chao in Pinehurst.

His recent retirement and upcoming transition to move closer to his children and grandchildren is a great time to review the impact he has had on the Moore County landscape.  From the Fair Barn to the Pinehurst Country Club to the Razook Building, Alan and his partner, Tessie Chao have had a hand in high profile commercial properties and numerous residential new construction and rehab/renovation projects.
