I read the article that you wrote and must admit with gratitude that you are one of a kind. You always look for the good in people rather than the faults one may have. I hope you can spread that wonderful attitude to everyone.
Do not let a few people keep you from doing what you do best which is “exceed expectations with kindness”. You must hang in there because you are still the best to individual buyers.
