Matthew retired after 21 years in the military and has been Gunsmithing professionally since 2008.
Recently he has taken on a new wrinkle in his business – Knife sharpening.
From steak knives to carving knives, yard tools, scissors, wood working tools, sporting knives and drill bits, there isn’t anything Matthew can’t hone, sharpen, or restore.
His dissertation on metals, sharpening equipment, prices, and knives worst enemy takes on a compelling spin and he gives us a few ‘ah ha’ moments, but most importantly he gives us a great perspective.
