Ryan & Brittany Paschal started their business in 2012. What has transpired over these last 6 years is transformative.

Pineland Homes & Remodeling, LLC has become one of the most recognized names in new construction in Southern Pines specifically, but Moore County in general.  Ryan was voted Builder of the Year for 2018 and in 2019 will serve as President of The Moore County Home Builders Association.

Brittany Paschal heads up Front Runner Realty Group, which is a family business with her parents, Kim & Frank Strange.  Brittany has distinguished herself as one of the area’s top brokers as well as a proactive Realtor member of the MCRAR, serving on many community driven committees.  She was voted New Member of the Year in 2016.  She also serves as Ryan’s chief design, décor & aesthetics consultant on his new construction homes.

Together the Paschals have become a very positive and strong force in Changing & improving the landscape of Moore County.

THE RETREAT – Everyday Enrichment for Older Adults

SENIOR PROM – SEPT. 13th – MCRAR Consumer Outreach Committee

The Retreat offers an exceptional member-only adult day health and day care program for seniors. Their mission is to allow seniors to age in place in their own homes, provide respite for care partners, reduce the costs associated with care to remain at home, avert unplanned hospital stays and delay, defer or eliminate the need for institutional care.

Kathryn Doddridge, the Director of the Retreat, is our main guest and is joined by Brittany Paschal, Kristin Mueller & Melissa Holt, as members of the Mid Carolina Regional Association of Realtors.

The partnership between The Retreat and the Consumer Outreach Committee is a special one and the event coming up on Sept. 13th at The Retreat from 4:30 – 7:30 is being facilitated by this committee as a way to introduce people to this fine facility.

The Mid Carolina Regional Association of Realtors is one of Moore County’s largest trade organizations and their role in the community is also discussed with Chief Executive Officer, Deborah Key and MLS coordinator, Mandy Dennis. Their conversation in our 3rd and final set offers the public a lot of great information.
