This transaction is a testament to your extreme fortitude.  There is no one else who could have effectively managed this crazy sale.  IT WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART without your amazing intuition, communication, and dedication.  Thank you, thank you!  We are in your debt.  As Ramey and I were looking over the closing statement, Ramey said, “Bill earned every penny of that commission!”.  No truer words have been spoken : )

Band Leader Rob Hill talks about the storied Union Pines High School Band (unionpinesband.org),along with Drum Major Sam Fritz.
Rob’s musical background and dedication to the children and parents of Union High School become readily apparent.
His celebrated background is shared as well as his involvement in the Sandhills Community Jazz Band, of which he is a director.
Fellow muscian and friend, John Costantini joins Rob & Sam to share stories of guitarist & arranger, Fred Brush.
