I just want to thank you for all your help during this real estate process and help with all the referrals to accountants, etc…. Being new to the area, it would probably have been much more overwhelming without your help and I have gotten the chance to meet some really nice people.
 
You definitely are a GREAT communicator which is why you are so good at what you do. Plus you got a caring attitude which makes all the difference in the world. Dear Mary, The Realtor I spoke to you about is Bill Sahadi.  His contact information is below.  I think the world of him.  While practicing law I handled real estate transactions with him and I know him to be ethical, knowledgeable, very hardworking and quite skilled in the art of selling real estate.  He is without a doubt the person I would go to if I needed to buy or sell a house in Pinehurst.  He knows the market and he knows the clientele.  I think if you were to use him to sell your mother’s house you would be pleased with his professional services and you would probably end up with a new friend.
