Solving the problem of Pet Overpopulation in Moore County
Angela Zumwalt of the Citizens Pet Responsibility Committee of Moore County and Dr. Tom Daniel of Southern Pines Equine Associates and President of the Companion Animal Clinic Foundation of the Sandhills join Bill Sahadi of Fore Properties to discuss this issue and the remedies being put in place to combat animal overpopulation in Moore County. These remedies include low cost spay/neuter services, special educational programs in the Moore County School system, additional rescue/adoption groups, and heightened awareness by Moore County elected officials.
