Mark Elliott started his business on Linden Rd. over 20 years ago. Today, 20 some odd years later, Mark has raised his family in Moore County and served on many boards and organizations to help those less fortunate. In the process, Elliott's on Linden has become an institution.
Mark also owns The Sly Fox and The Roast Office in the Village of Pinehurst.
He shares his perspective and vision for the future of all hospitality related businesses and how those business models have to adapt and accommodate to a changing demographic and an ever changing environment.
