SPBA President Jessica Harrleson leads a discussion about the many facets of the SPBA in lieu of next week’s edition of SPRINGFEST 2014 to be held on
April 26th from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in downtown Southern Pines. Jessica is joined by Southern Pines resident & Springfest vendor, Jocelyn Remington,
and store owner of Mockingbird, Sundi McLaughlin. We were also joined by local resident Jill Ford who spoke about her new venture, Kona-Ice. (www.kona-ice.com).
The SPBA is comprised of local merchants and businesses, who together, bring the town such events as SPRINGFEST, FIRST EVE, FIRST FRIDAY, THE BLUES CRAWL, THE CHRISTMAS PARADE, AND THE DOWNTOWN MERCHANTS SIDEWALK SALE to name a few.
Founded in 1979, The SPBA’s purpose is to enhance and encourage the commercial well-being of Southern Pines and imporve the quality of life. The Association is committed to community events and spearheads the cooperation of business to business within the community.
