The Southern Pines Business Association & Toys for Tots

The Southern Pines Business Association (SPBA) was founded in 1979 by a  small group of dedicated merchants, the SPBA continually works toward the promotion, beautification and overall improvement of the Southern Pines community.

President Jessica Harrelson and past President and current Parade chairperson, Bruce Bishop of the Insurance Center talk about the upcoming Christmas events planned by the SPBA, but more importantly talk about the organization; it’s place in our lives and the value local businesses can dervive from their efforts and from local merchant participation.

Jerry Townley of Berkshire Hathaway and Dave Berger of Keller Williams talk  with us about the Toys for Tot (TFT) program in Moore County and their 12 year association with this iconic organization. Their focus is getting toys into the hands of children and their families for the Christmas season, who might not be able to provide for themselves as well as some others. The
spirit of giving and sharing is alive and well through the Toys for Tots program and further illustrates how many ‘nets’ citizens of Moore County are provided 12 months a year. It’s not to late to donate toys for this Christmas season. Call Jerry Townley at 910 690-7080.
