Lynn Antil, the Health Education Specialist from First Health’s FirstQuit program is our return guest. Reformed smoker and counseling client of Lynn’s, Diane Harris, speaks articulately about the process of quitting and ties it in to everyday real life stories that easily resonate. Whether a medical situation emerges that forces people to try and quit or the simple desire for a healthier life is the reason, Lynn takes us through much of the process that quitting smoking entails. Lynn shows an acute understanding about the trials and tribulation of nicotine addiction as well as focusing on the positive aspects of what a smoke free life can look like.
